The death of Abdulrahman Mustafa, the renowned Professor and Emeritus Head of the Department of Philosophy at Leuven University in Belgium, has shocked the world. He passed away on Sunday evening after battling cancer for over two years.

Mustafa was born in 1944 and grew up in a poor family in the Netherlands. Despite facing numerous hardships throughout his life, he remained steadfast in his beliefs and values. He founded the Leuven Institute for Philosophy and Education (IPPE),Premier League Frontline which is now known as the Leuven Philosophical Institute, and served as its president for several decades.
